There is something nostalgic about a house party done properly. Not the awkward standing-around-the-kitchen kind, but the chaotic, music-spilling-through-the-walls version where someone inevitably ends up singing into a hairbrush in the bathroom while strangers become best friends over tequila shots and a Nintendo controller. This summer, The Little Neon Door is attempting to bottle exactly that energy and pour it straight into the heart of Shoreditch.
Opening on Great Eastern Street this Summer 2026, the newest venue from Little Door & Co. is their boldest move yet. Already known across London for transforming ordinary nights out into theatrical, house-party-style experiences, the group behind Little Yellow Door, Little Blue Door and Little Scarlet Door is now heading East with a two-floor Shoreditch loft designed for unapologetic fun.
And unlike the polished, velvet-rope minimalism currently dominating London nightlife, The Little Neon Door feels deliberately messy in the best possible way.
Shoreditch’s Newest Nightlife Opening Feels Like Walking Into The Ultimate Flat Party

Inspired by East London loft living and the area’s long-standing creative culture, The Little Neon Door leans heavily into the feeling of an eccentric shared apartment where every room has its own personality. Industrial textures and mezzanine views meet neon accents, playful prints and leopard-print furniture, creating a venue that feels somewhere between a warehouse afterparty and the kind of flat everyone wishes they lived in during their twenties.
The concept itself is refreshingly unserious. There are no overly curated “members club” vibes here. Instead, guests are invited to move through the venue exactly like they would at a real house party, drifting from room to room depending on the mood.
The Sitting Room offers a softer introduction to the chaos, with cocktails and low-slung sofas designed for early-evening catch-ups. But, naturally, the energy gravitates towards the kitchen. Because every good house party eventually does.
The Kitchen Disco Is Set To Be Shoreditch’s New Late-Night Obsession
At the centre of The Little Neon Door sits its Kitchen and Living Room space, where DJs perform directly from the kitchen island while crowds spill around them in what the venue describes as a “kitchen disco”. It is exactly the sort of slightly ridiculous concept that somehow makes complete sense after two cocktails.
Expect house party classics, singalong anthems and the kind of tracks that turn a casual drink into a 2am dancefloor moment. From Wednesday through to Saturday, the venue shifts from laid-back daytime loft to full-scale nightlife destination, with DJs taking over both floors.
Elsewhere, things get even more chaotic.
The Bathroom and Laundry Room come complete with karaoke setups designed for shower singalongs and late-night performances that probably should not leave the room. There is also a bathtub selfie spot that feels almost purpose-built for Instagram Stories.
Upstairs, the mezzanine transforms into a dedicated Games Room featuring giant-screen Nintendo 64, ping pong, table football and a secondary DJ station soundtracked entirely by 90s house and disco classics. It is playful, nostalgic and intentionally over-the-top.
Then comes perhaps the most Shoreditch detail of all: a fully stocked fancy dress cupboard inside The Dressing Room, alongside a second karaoke machine for when one microphone simply is not enough.
Cocktails Served In Disco Balls, Vases And Trophies

Like the rest of the venue, the drinks menu refuses to take itself too seriously.
Cocktails at The Little Neon Door are inspired by the flat’s fictional DVD collection, with drinks presented in objects you would supposedly “find around the house”. Think disco balls, trophies and oversized vases replacing traditional glassware.
The venue will also serve pizzas, bar snacks and weekend brunches, positioning itself as somewhere that works just as easily for spontaneous Thursday drinks as it does for full Saturday-night blowouts.
It is this versatility that has helped Little Door & Co. build such a loyal following across London. Their venues blur the line between bar, party and immersive theatre, creating spaces that feel less transactional than a standard night out.
Why The Little Neon Door Could Become One Of East London’s Biggest Summer Openings

Shoreditch has never lacked nightlife. But increasingly, London’s club and bar scene has become split between ultra-polished luxury venues and stripped-back listening bars. The Little Neon Door arrives somewhere in the middle, offering escapism without pretension.
There is a deliberate sense of fun running through every detail. It understands that people want nights out that feel immersive again. Nights where you actually do something beyond standing around holding an overpriced cocktail.
And in a city increasingly obsessed with aesthetics, The Little Neon Door feels smart enough to understand the importance of visual chaos. Leopard print sofas, neon signs, karaoke bathrooms and kitchen discos practically guarantee social media visibility before the doors have even officially opened.
But beyond the Instagram appeal, there is something genuinely inviting about the concept. It recreates the intimacy and unpredictability of a real house party while removing the worst parts: no awkward neighbours, no broken speakers and no one asking guests to leave because “people have work in the morning”.
For East London nightlife, it could easily become one of the summer’s biggest openings.
