Taste of London 2026: The Unmissable Food Festival Returns to Regent’s Park

London’s most anticipated food festival is officially back. Taste of London 2026 returns to Regent’s Park from 17–21 June, bringing with it five days of restaurant takeovers, chef-led experiences and the kind of open-air indulgence that signals the start of summer in the capital.

If you needed a reason to plan ahead, this is it. Tickets are already on sale, and with one of the strongest line-ups in recent years, it is shaping up to be one of the standout food events of the season.

A Festival That Defines London’s Food Scene

Taste of London has long been a reflection of the city’s ever-evolving dining scene, and this year’s edition feels particularly expansive. Over five days, more than 30 restaurants will take over Regent’s Park, serving upwards of 130 dishes designed specifically for the festival format.

The 2026 line-up balances established names with newer openings, offering a snapshot of where London dining is right now. Among the headline additions are Hakkasan, Yauatcha, Harry’s and Ixchel, alongside returning favourites such as Los Mochis.

It is a format that encourages grazing rather than committing to a single table. You can move from Cantonese small plates to Italian classics, then into Mexican flavours, all within a single afternoon. The advice remains the same every year, arrive hungry and pace yourself.

More Than Just Food

Taste of London has never been just about eating. What sets it apart is the way it blends dining with entertainment, education and atmosphere.

Across the park, live demonstrations and masterclasses will run throughout the week. Expect appearances from personalities such as Big Zuu and Imad Alarnab, alongside a mix of emerging chefs and digital creators shaping the next wave of food culture.

The programming is spread across several stages, from open-fire cooking at The Fire Pit to hands-on sessions at the BBQ Cook School. It creates a rhythm to the day that goes beyond simply eating. You dip in and out, watch, learn, then eat again.

The Drinks, The Details and The Atmosphere

A large part of Taste’s appeal is in the details. This is where brands and producers go all in.

Expect a strong drinks line-up this year, with rosé sponsor La Vieille Ferme pouring throughout the festival, alongside immersive experiences from St-Germain and Jack Daniel’s.

The return of the Miraval yacht experience adds another layer of escapism, offering a stylised take on Provence in the middle of Regent’s Park, complete with DJs and a dedicated VIP space. It is this mix of food, music and environment that gives the festival its distinctive energy.

Away from the main stages, more than 160 artisan producers will set up across the park, turning the event into a curated marketplace. It is as much about discovery as it is about dining, whether that means picking up small-batch condiments, exploring new wellness products or simply finding something unexpected to take home.

Introducing Taste of the City

New for 2026 is Taste of the City, a week-long programme designed to take the festival beyond the park and into London itself.

Running from 15–21 June, the series will host one-off dining events, collaborations and experiences across the capital. It is an extension that feels overdue, giving chefs more space to create outside the constraints of a festival stand.

Highlights already announced include a Fire Feast at JOIA Rooftop in Battersea, alongside a rotating chef residency at The Hoxton’s Rondo and a series of hands-on experiences, from paella masterclasses at ArrosQD to wine and sake pairings at Lilli by Akira Back.

The result is a broader, more immersive way to engage with the festival. Not just a single day out, but a week of dining moments across London.

Why It Still Matters

Food festivals are nothing new, but Taste of London continues to hold its position because it understands its audience. It offers access without dilution. You get the restaurants, the chefs and the atmosphere, but in a format that feels social, flexible and distinctly London.

There is also something seasonal about it. Regent’s Park in June, a drink in hand, moving between stands with no fixed plan. It captures a version of the city that feels lighter, more open and a little more indulgent than usual.

For anyone interested in London’s dining scene, whether you are there to try specific restaurants or simply to spend an afternoon eating your way through the park, Taste of London remains one of the few events that genuinely delivers.

When and How to Book
