London’s fitness scene is getting a green-powered upgrade. Revolt Cycling, the city’s first energy-generating spin studio, has officially opened its doors at the juncture of High Holborn and Chancery Lane, redefining what it means to work out with purpose.

What to Expect
At Revolt, every ride fuels real change. Each bike transforms kinetic energy from your pedal strokes into clean electricity, helping power the studio’s lights, showers, and operations. After each class, riders can check their personal energy output, turning sweat into measurable climate impact. This is fitness reimagined — where cardio meets clean energy and your effort directly contributes to a greener planet.
Built with eco-conscious materials and energy-efficient systems, Revolt proves sustainability doesn’t mean compromise. Expect a sleek, modern space made from FSC-certified eco-timber, upcycled upholstery, and low-energy lighting.
Temperature-controlled push-press showers conserve water, while a high-performance sound system and dynamic lighting create an immersive ride experience. It’s London’s most feel-good workout — for your body and the planet.

Beyond the Bike
Revolt isn’t just a spin studio — it’s a complete wellness destination. Alongside cycling, the studio offers yoga and Pilates classes, infrared saunas, and a protein shake bar for recovery and refuelling. The Revolt Collective, an on-site community hub, hosts workshops and collaborations with sustainable brands, building connections between fitness, sustainability, and lifestyle.
The Founder’s Vision
Founder Celeste Blakey created Revolt with a mission to turn movement into meaning.
“Revolt was born to create wellness with consequences for anyone who believes that small actions can create meaningful impact,” says Blakey. “Here, you don’t just sweat for yourself. Every pedal stroke, every drop of energy is a contribution to something greater. We don’t just ride bikes — we ride for a cause and have fun whilst doing so.”

Blakey’s philosophy sits at the intersection of performance, purpose, and play — proof that sustainability can be joyful, not just responsible.Pricing & Classes: Accessible, Impactful Fitness
