Whether you’re after Caribbean flavours in Camden, Japanese counter dining in Soho or a Michelin-starred summer special, these are the five restaurants to have on your radar this week.

1. For A Relaxed Lunch: Fuente Mareida

The Lowdown: Contemporary Chilean restaurant Mareida has launched Fuente Mareida, a new daytime deli inspired by founders Prenay and Benjamin’s Chilean heritage and the country’s beloved fuente culture. Open from 11am, the concept celebrates the casual sandwich shops found across Chile, serving freshly made sandwiches, baked treats and a dedicated drinks menu designed for leisurely lunches.

What to Eat & Drink: Start with Merken-spiced cookies or classic Alfajores before ordering the Ave Pimentón, packed with fried chicken and red pepper mayo on sourdough, or the Chacarero, filled with roast beef, chilli and mayonnaise inside focaccia.
