Members will enter Third Space The Whiteley through Porchester Gate, where terrazzo floors and a glazed, curved staircase make for an elegant first impression. Across three expansive floors, the club houses state-of-the-art training spaces, luxurious changing rooms, dedicated recovery zones, and an extensive Wet Spa set to open in early 2026.
The attention to design is striking — think walnut flooring, natural stone walls, and soft lighting that nods to The Whiteley’s architectural heritage, all while delivering the sleek, modern finish Third Space is known for.
Inside, members can expect elite-level training zones fitted with Woodway Treadmills, functional rigs, and a three-lane sled track. Each space is carefully planned for seamless transitions between strength, cardio, and conditioning — with every free-weight and resistance tool imaginable.
Recovery takes equal priority. Dedicated stretch and rehabilitation zones come equipped with Hyperice Hypervolts, Normatec Recovery Boots, and Vyper Vibrating Foam Rollers, ensuring post-workout wellness is built into the experience.
